call will usually be returned within three days.
Do not bring pictures for any license, We will take
the pictures for you.
To renew your License to Carry
Firearms or Firearms Identification Card
You must bring with you:
- Your driver's license for identification and proof
of residency.
- Application fee of $100.00, check or money
order only, made payable to
the
Town of Seekonk Renewals for age 70 or older
are free, and renewals of chemical propellant only
Firearms Identification Card are free.
- Your current License to Carry Firearms and/or
Firearms Identification Card.
If this is the first time you are
applying for a Firearms Identification Card
You must bring with you:
- Your driver's license for identification and proof
of residency.
- Application fee of $100.00, Check or Money
Order, for a F.I.D. Card, or $25.00 Check or Money
Order, for a Restricted Mace or Pepper Spray F.I.D Card,
made payable to the
Town of Seekonk.
- You must complete a Massachusetts approved
firearms-training course, and bring a copy
of your training certificate. Training is not required
for the chemical propellant only Card. The Massachusetts
hunter safety course is approved training.
If this is the first time you are
applying for a License to Carry Firearms
You must bring with you:
- Your driver's license for identification and proof
of residency.
- Application fee of $100.00, check or money
order only, made payable to the Town of
Seekonk.
- You must complete a Massachusetts approved
firearms-training course, and bring a copy
of your training certificate.
- A letter requesting a License to Carry Firearms. In
this letter state the reasons why you are requesting a
License to Carry Firearms.
- Two letters of reference from sources other than
relatives. Be sure to include the name, address and
phone number of the person giving the reference.
